The desire for clear, healthy skin has been one that I've personally lived with since I was a pre-teen battling acne and doing my own kitchen chemistry of egg whites and oatmeal that my mom told me would cure my breakouts! Spoiler Alert: it didn't work. 

This desire led me to spend years looking for anything that would help my skin: from the home remedies (that can unfortunately cause more harm than good), investing in endless drugstore and luxury skincare products that didn't deliver on their promises and years of harsh prescription treatments that didn’t work for my skin! 

I eventually found a great esthetician of my own who was full of knowledge and not only helped me with consistent monthly treatments and a home routine of quality professional products but also recognized my passion for skin and encouraged me to use my own passion for skincare and beauty science to become an esthetician!  My esthetician is now retired but I am now able to carry on the knowledge that she passed on to my own clients!

I am a results-driven, clinical esthetician.  My goal is to give you the skin that you've always dreamed of without having to go through the years of trial and error that I went through! 

I chose to open my own Esthetics practice in Chicago because I have had the experience of walking into a spa and being looked at like I don’t belong. I wanted to create a space that is not cold or intimidating-my vision is to make quality esthetics services inclusive and available to ALL.

In my studio, I welcome everyone, share my knowledge, and offer access to life-changing treatments in an accessible, inclusive environment. 

I know the science behind my recommendations, and I will never push products or services that you don’t need. I have paid high prices for services that did not benefit my own specific skin needs, and I don’t want others to be taken advantage of by experts that they should trust.  

I have extensive training in the biology of the body and skin, plus the chemistry behind how and why ingredients work (or don’t).  Along with an esthetics degree and Illinois state licensure, I have a science degree that informs my understanding of skin products and treatments. 

I find joy in using clinically proven treatments and products to help people beat skin conditions that truly have the potential to make life difficult; acne, scarring, discoloration/pigmentation issues, rosacea, signs of aging like fine lines and wrinkles, even hormonal skin conditions such as melasma and medically compromised, sensitive skin due to treatments like chemotherapy. 

The science of skincare is constantly improving, and there are amazing solutions far beyond eggs and oatmeal! I look forward to sharing my clinically proven (and cruelty free) professional products, tools, and techniques with you.
